There’s nothing like riding a dialled bike. Everything working how it’s supposed to. But it takes a little love and maintenance to keep your ride in peak form.
Maybe you are new to riding. Maybe your partner has been your home maintenance guru. Maybe you just want to be able to look after your bike better yourself.
So.. LDTR and Life of Bike are offering a bike maintenance session for the mountain biking women out there to give you the skills you need to carry out basic maintenance and keep your bike running smooth.
Learn about bike parts, servicing, puncture repairs, drive chain maintenance, brake adjustment, gear adjustment, suspension adjustment.
Conducted by one of the Life of Bikes mechanics, this session will give you the confidence to start looking after your ride.
No tools or experience required.
Some snacks and bubbles provided.
Feel free to bring your bike if you have a specific issue you need help with. Mind Matt will be able to provide advice but will be too busy getting round to everyone to do individual servicing.
To sign up to our 1st session, email pedalmumma@gmail.com, but bear in mind that spaces are limited to 12 per session.
