The LDTR Annual General Meeting is a chance to hear what the club has been working on, meet the volunteer team behind the trails and connect with the riding community. The AGM is followed by a relaxed social ride and a free BBQ for members.

The LDTR AGM is where members come together once a year to hear updates about the club, the trail network and the work being done with Parks Victoria. It’s a chance to reflect on the past year, share plans for the future and recognise the volunteers who help keep the Lysterfield trails running.
After the meeting we usually head out for a relaxed social ride followed by a free BBQ. It’s a great opportunity to meet other riders, chat with the LDTR committee and spend some time on the trails together.
The AGM includes a short update from the LDTR committee covering:
- Trail maintenance and projects
- Club events and programs
- Partnerships with Parks Victoria
- Financial summary and club updates
- Election of committee members
After the formal meeting we usually organise a relaxed social ride followed by a BBQ so members can catch up and celebrate the year together.
Following the AGM we normally head out for an easy social ride through the Lysterfield trail network. The ride is suitable for a range of skill levels and is a great way to meet other riders and enjoy the trails.
Ride leaders will be available to guide groups depending on rider numbers and experience.
- Your mountain bike in good working condition
- Helmet and basic riding gear
- Water and snacks for the ride
- A friendly attitude and your best trail stories
The BBQ is provided for members after the ride.
