SOCIAL GROUP RIDES
HERE TO HELP YOU FIND YOUR RIDE TRIBE
We don't have to tell you how fun mountain bike riding is. But we will say that it is more fun when you do it with other people!

We regularly run group rides at Lysterfield Park [and sometimes beyond] with a social focus, for people of all ages and at all stages of their riding journey.

All our group rides are led by LDTR team members who are trained in Emergency First Aid, have up to date Working with Children checks, follow our Child Safety standard and have extra training with AusCycling to help inspire and energise the riding community.

Each ride will describe what skill level they are aimed at [for example beginner, intermediate or advanced].

All rides are *no-drop* rides - which basically means that the ride leader will wait at meeting points along the trail for you to catch up if you are at the trail end of the pack.

As we are a volunteer organisation, to help with the cost of running group rides and the training of leaders, attendees to our group rides are required to be a member of Lysterfield District Trail Riders + AusCycling member.

More information can be found on our membership page.
